Roche has announced that the Phase III CELESTIMO trial evaluating Lunsumio (mosunetuzumab) in combination with lenalidomide has met its primary endpoint at interim analysis in patients with relapsed or refractory follicular lymphoma.

The study demonstrated a statistically significant reduction in the risk of disease progression when comparing the combination therapy to rituximab plus lenalidomide, highlighting the potential of Lunsumio as an effective treatment option in this patient population.

Following these results, Roche plans to submit the data to health authorities and present the findings at an upcoming medical meeting.
