The World Health Organization (WHO) Regional Office for Africa has launched a new regional health data hub aimed at consolidating and improving access to health data across African Member States.

This initiative is designed to support evidence-based decision-making by clinicians, policy-makers, and public health professionals throughout the region.

The health data hub will strengthen health information systems, facilitating better analysis and use of data to inform healthcare strategies and interventions.

By centralizing data access, the WHO aims to enhance health outcomes and resource allocation within the African continent.
